        Hi, I’m Ben, founder of Tresoro Consulting. I grew up in nonprofit work. I spent the summers of my formative years on mission trips and volunteering; learning what it really takes to build strong, sustainable communities. At 17, I began working full-time abroad, helping develop programs that created lasting change.

        Since then, I’ve been deeply involved in every aspect of nonprofit success: designing impactful programs, leading volunteer teams, engaging communities, and driving real results. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand what works, and what doesn’t.

        I know the challenges organizations face because I’ve lived them. That’s why I’m passionate about partnering with nonprofits ready to dream big and build smart. For Camino’s Circles program, I led a strategic revamp that included creating leader manuals, developing meeting outlines, and optimizing volunteer leadership structures. Within just 4 months, this strategy increased group participation from 120 to 160+ members—marking the program’s most consistent growth period in years
